I had a lovely stay at Manali Heights. The rooms offered to us facing the snow-clad mountains were cosy and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff had a helping nature. The location is very close to nearby viewpoints, which was a definite advantage. However, the dining experience was just okay and could be improved.
